The Patrician Guesthouse is self-contained, free-standing, completely private, fully equipped and furnished and is one street away from the ocean. Fully self-catering with an extra-large fitted kitchen, dining area and outdoor entertainment area with barbecue to enable you to cater for yourselves.

Cancellation Policy
On cancellation of 5 days prior to booking date, you will be refunded in full. Thereafter, only 75% of the booking amount will be refunded.
Accepted payment methods
The Patrician Guesthouse accepts most credit and debit cards via the website. If you prefer EFT payments, please email us and we will provide an invoice and our banking details. The Patrician Guesthouse reserves the right to require full payment prior to arrival.
